Plockton Shoreside House

A Fantastic Location and house… and some interesting plumbing design Positive: The Location is absolutely stunning - and the village of Plockton The main house design is quirky and fun. The kitchen is to die for. The mattresses are great. Negative: Basically the plumbing and bathrooms design caused us the most trouble: the water gushed out of the tap in the top left bathroom leaving one of us pretty much drenched. And in the bothys (and to a lesser extent in the main building), needing to remove socks when going to the toilet (as the rainfall/overhead is just above the toilet) was not an exercise that we really enjoyed. You also needed to transfer the toilet paper in and out of the bathroom.
